This set of photos is antithetical take on “fear”. The instinctive reaction to fear is to run, to hide, to contract oneself in any way possible, because whatever scares us can be overwhelming and make us feel small and defeated. But those are just temporary solutions. While it may be healthy to take a break from our fears and escape, ultimately, we have to face them. We have to confront them, challenge them, and overcome them. These images are to represent our journey as we move through the various stages and end with a hopeful note that we will always come out of difficulties better and stronger.
