“La Nature est un temple où de vivants piliers
Laissent parfois sortir de confuses paroles;
L’homme y passe à travers des forêts de symboles
Qui l’observent avec des regards familiers.”

These verses where I took inspiration belong to Charles Baudelaire’s “The Flowers of Evil” collection. The fundamental theme treated by the poet is a mystical-social and divinatory conception of Nature. This writing with uppercase letter almost like being personified is conceived as a sanctuary where a sacred and fascinating rite is celebrated.

The pillars become living to emanate confused words. They are implanted in a continuous suggestion of mysterious messages that the common man cannot comprehend. The language of nature is loaded with other aspects: scents, colors and sounds that cannot be perceived individually but are echoed and confused in a dark unit like night and light.
