I wanted the blur and tracers to intoxicate while still freezing moments of Jacinda’s movements. Naming the set “Midnight Metamorphosis” was meant for a kinda Cinderella meets Jekyll and Hyde, with a nod to the new year. The idea that this young lady experiences a physical change at the moment of midnight. Possibly destroying conventional beauty while letting her true colors/feathers be seen or let out. Something I feel we should all strive for in this coming year.
